This makes them very light and preserves them for a long time.<\/p>\n<p>The aroma, flavour and vitamins of fresh herbs are preserved!<br \/>\nA small volume of freeze-dried herbs is matched by a large amount of fresh herbs!<br \/>\nBy moistening freeze-dried herbs with water, they can be used in dishes just like fresh ones!
