Ramen is a Japanese dish in which Chinese-style wheat noodles are served in a meat (or sometimes fish) broth and seasoned with soy sauce or miso. It is accompanied by, for example, fried pork, dried seaweed, bamboo shoots and green onions.<\/p>\n
Preparation: Bring the water to the boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 5 min.
\nRinse the noodles under cold water (to stop the cooking process).
\nAdd (seasoning) oil to the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.<\/p>\n
