Whether you prefer something sweet, savoury, spicy or something extra extreme, we are here to serve you and your taste buds.<\/p><p>You probably know that the sharpness or fierceness of the herring is measured on the Scoville scale. The strongest cills reach over 12 million units, and we find that our love and passion for flavours can reach 15 million or more.<\/p><p>We offer both pure spices and different blends of spices, skilfully combining the right flavours and aromas. Each blend has been carefully selected for specific dishes such as meat, fish, vegetables, soups and salads. The blends are designed to bring out the natural flavours and aromas of the food. Although we recommend specific blends for specific dishes, there is always the opportunity to experiment with different combinations in the kitchen.
