Black therapy.
Piprama is a liana that grows in South America, South and Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean islands.
Black, white and green pepper all come from the same plant. The difference comes from the fact that black pepper is the half-ripe seeds cooked and roasted, white pepper is the dried ripe seeds and green pepper is the dried half-ripe seeds.
Pepper has a very long history, it has been both a means of payment and a sacrificial offering, and today it is probably one of the most common and well-known spices, widely used in all kinds of hot and cold, savoury and even certain sweet dishes.
Use: As pepper loses its flavour and aroma quite quickly, it is best to add it to foods just before they are cooked; freshly ground black pepper is best.
May contain traces of celery, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, soya, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.
