Use: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatine powder into a quarter of a cup of cold water and let it dissolve for 3 minutes (do not stir with a spoon!) - the gelatine will become transparent.
Add the zelatin to a boiling liquid (2 cups of broth, juice, milk, etc.).
Stir until the zelatin is dissolved.

ps! Zelatin capacity is measured by Bloom (Bloom, in honour of Oscar Bloom, the creator of Bloom). Most commonly, gelatin responds with a force of 125-265 Bloom and the higher the power of gelatin - the greater the amount of mass it stabilizes.
