Pho noodle soup is a popular beef/chicken soup with clear broth from Vietnamese cuisine.
Pho soup recipe (3 servings):
Boil 750ml water with chopped onion and spice paste for 5min.
Add 250g thin beef fillet strips, cook until tender.
Remove meat, set aside, tear into strips.
Season the broth with 1/4 t sesame oil.
Put the beef ribs in the stock.
Serve with cooked rice noodles, mung bean sprouts, basil, green onion, chilli, shallots, mint.
