Piripirisås is a Portuguese classic chilli sauce made from Malagueta chilli, a small, green chilli (4 cm) that turns red when ripe.
Malagueta chile has a Scoville scale (average) of 60 000-100 000.

Chicken Piri-piri
Take 4 pieces of chicken and cut them to make cooking go faster.
Marinate with the Piripiris sauce and a few olives.
Cook the chicken for 3 minutes with the skin against a hot grill pan.
Flip and fry on the other side while squeezing fresh lemon juice on the chicken.

Ingredients: ground chilli (35%), water, salt, vinegar, thickener (xanthan gum) and preservative (sodium benzoate).
