Also known colloquially as “zero calorie noodles”.
“Shirataki” translates as white waterfall, which refers to the appearance of noodles.
As shirataki noodles have no flavour characteristics, they are a good addition to soups, stews, stir-fries, etc. where they absorb flavours well.
Suitable for serving cold or hot.
Ingredients: water, titanium root flour 3,8%, acidity regulator calcium hydroxide.
Rinse with hot water before eating.
