Making rice noodles is quick and easy. Soak the noodles in boiling water under a lid for about 10-15 minutes. Depending on the variety, thinner or thicker, the noodles may need additional cooking, so always read the cooking instructions on the packet! You can use soy sauce to prevent the noodles from being too sticky.If the noodles are left in the liquid for too long, they will become too soft and sticky, so add them to the soup at the end of cooking.
