Airy, light and flaky Panko breadcrumbs. A good substitute for fine breadcrumbs.
Panko is suitable for breading vegetables, seafood and meat.
Usage:
Sprinkle some water on the panko, season the shrimps(etc), cover the shrimps with wheat flour, dip in beaten egg, cover with panko layer.
Fry (or fry) at 180 °C until light brown.
Ingredients: wheat flour, maize starch, hydrogenated palm oil (contains antioxidant SOYALLETHITIN), modified tapioca starch, salt, sugar, dry yeast.
