Ramen is a Japanese dish in which Chinese-style wheat noodles are served in a meat (or sometimes fish) broth and seasoned with soy sauce or miso. It is accompanied by, for example, fried pork, dried seaweed, bamboo shoots and green onions.
Preparation: Bring the water to the boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 5 min.
Rinse the noodles under cold water (to stop the cooking process).
Add (seasoning) oil to the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.
Ingredients: NISU flour 99%, salt.
No added MSG, preservatives, flavour enhancers or colourings.
