Each vanilla paste tube contains 20 plump Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods - their seeds, extract and pods. If you keep it in the fridge after opening, it will stay fresh for at least 2 years. Add to porridge, pancakes, yoghurt, cakes, pastries, desserts, jams and marinades.

In baking:
1 tl = 1 vanillikaun
1 tsp vanilla extract = 1/3 teaspoon vanilla paste

Ingredients: pure Bourbon vanilla* (including vanilla seeds), alcohol (17%), sugar, thickener (xanthan gum).
