Ideal for smoking, indirect grilling (kettle grilling, organ grilling) or low temperature cooking in combination steam/convection ovens and conventional ovens. It is also well suited for marinating and seasoning stir-fries.

Store in a cool place (below + 25 °C), dry and out of direct sunlight.
