Description

For meat and sausage. For bonding different cuts of meat, meat products together, combining new products, i.e. gluing.

Consumption standard: 1-2 g per kg of meat.
Use as soon as possible after opening.
Close the opened package tightly and store in a cool place (<4 C), protected from the sun.

The food should be prepared in 20-30 minutes and left to stand for 4-24 hours.

Ingredients: transglutaminase (TG), maltodextrin.
