This sauce is spicy and delicate and you can taste the fresh garlic. The fruity flavour is provided by Habanero chilli, fresh peppers and lime juice - spicy onions. The heat of the Habaneros is immediate and long lasting.
Garbanero sauce tastes fruity and is a little sharper than Garlapeno sauce.

Usage: use this delicious sauce with grilled, fried, pan-fried or baked chicken, beef, lamb, fish, pork or sausage. It also goes well with vegetables and eggs. Can be used on its own as a meat accompaniment (chicken, pork, lamb, beef) or to make a marinade. It goes particularly well with shrimps or fish.

Ingredients: water, garlic 15%, habanero chilli 10%, onion, paprika 3%, corn starch, cane sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, soybean oil, lime juice 5%, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), red beet powder.
