A magic green curry paste.
Preparation (4portions):
Mix 250ml coconut milk with curry paste, heat until oil forms on the surface.
Add 250g meat/chicken pieces and heat until done.
Add 240ml water, bring to the boil. Add the potatoes and onion and simmer until soft.
Season with fish sauce. Serve with rice.
Ingredients: chilli, lemongrass, garlic, salt, shallots, kalgan, CREVET paste (CREVETS, salt), kaffir lime peel, coriander root, spices.
