Lobo sweet vegetable curry paste is based on traditional Thai curry, usually made with fish or shrimp and green papaya. This curry paste is made with a tasty herb-based blend of shallots, dried red chilli, salt, shrimp paste, dried shrimps and wild ginger. Unlike other Thai recipes, this recipe uses water instead of coconut milk to make Thai vegetable curry. So it looks mostly like a traditional Thai soup. The curry dish is spicy, sour and slightly sweet.
