The taste of Carolina Reaper is, in addition to its extreme sharpness, very aromatic and also fruity-sweet, with cherry and chocolate undertones and a citrus note.
It goes particularly well with dark meats such as beef or game, but also with tomato dishes or pepper sauces.
Please don't underestimate the sharpness, the inexperienced in sharpness should not try this.

Ingredients: terved kuivatatud Carolina Reaperi tšillid.

Usage: 
Leota kuivatatud tšillit 10 minutit kuumas vees, et tšillit rehüdreerida, seejärel tükelda või püreesta ja lisa oma roale. Saate need lisada ka otse igasse retsepti, mille küpsetamiseks kulub vähemalt 10 minutit.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, airtight and dark place.

Attention: dose with care! Prepare neutralising products (e.g. mascarpone toast, yoghurt, milk, ice cream, etc.) and follow normal precautions (keep children away, do not get them on hands, eyes or other sensitive parts of the body!).
