To suit all tastes, from north to south, east to west. Balanced blends of spices ensure a consistent flavour with every batch.
The finely ground spices are evenly distributed, as coarse spices are avoided in cabbage dishes.
Particularly suitable for: red cabbage, game, sauerkraut, lamb, goose and duck.
Use: 8-10g spice mix/kg.
