Wakame contains high levels of iodine, magnesium, iron, calcium and vitamins A, C, K, D and B2.
Ingredients: seaweed 77%, agar-agar 6%, marinade 10% (sesame oil, fructose, sugar, salt, CHEESE sauce (CHEESE beans, water, NISU, sugar, salt), chilli pieces, chilli oil, vinegar, colour: E102, E133), dried mushrooms 6%, SESAME.
Store at -18°C
This is a frozen product and the product melts during transport.
Melting: in cold water (30min) or at room temperature (2-3 hours) or in the fridge (overnight).
