Teriyaki refers to a special cooking method from Japan where meat, fish and vegetables are marinated and then grilled or stewed. The Teriyaki marinade for Lobo spare ribs is specially formulated for pork ribs marinated in a delicious teriyaki sauce.
Marinade for the preparation of teriyaki-flavoured pork ribs.
Dilute the contents of the packet in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of red wine. Marinate 1 kg of ribs in this paste for about 45 minutes. Grill in the oven for 45-60 minutes at 190°C.
