Pipraveski OÜ hereby introduces the Privacy Policy that governs the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of customer data. Our practices comply with all relevant policies, European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1. Processing of personal data

1.1 Processing of personal data means any activity - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of personal data - carried out by the website user (hereinafter referred to as the user). 

1.2 Users are all persons who visit the website, consume services or transmit information to Pipraveski. For example, reading articles, ordering products and services, contacting Pipravesk by e-mail or subscribing to Pipravesk's newsletter.

1.4 Pipraveski collects the following personal data of users through the website in the ways described below:

1.4.1 the name, institution or company and e-mail address of the user - if the user subscribes to the Pipraveski newsletter;

1.4.2 Website traffic statistics - using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel. 

2. Use of personal data

2.1 Pipraveski uses personal data:

2.1.1 for the provision of the Service to the User, the transmission of bills and communication with the User;

2.1.2 to send notifications to the user's e-mail address about new articles, services, products and promotions, but only with the user's prior consent. 

2.2 Pipraveski uses the website traffic statistics to improve the user experience of the website and for more effective marketing. 

2.3 The User has the right at any time to object to the processing of his/her personal data, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual requirement, including the provision of a service. 

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

3.1 A third party is a contractual partner of Pipraveski who processes personal data and through whose product or service Pipraveski provides services to the user.

3.2 Pipraveski uses third parties to provide for its day-to-day operations:

3.2.1 e-mail forwarding and management system;

3.2.2 website hosting;

3.2.3 Google - website usage statistics analysis;

3.2.4 Facebook - social media use and analysis of social media statistics;

3.2.5 Montonio Finance OÜ - for the execution of payments.

3.3 In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous point, Pipraveski will transfer the user's personal data to a cooperation partner. This is only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service to the user.

4. References to other pages and embedded content

4.1 The Website, newsletters and other content managed by Pipraveski may contain links to other websites.

4.2 Consumption of the Links and embedded content is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant website. 

4.3 These pages may collect data about you, replace website cookies or transfer your data to third parties.

5. User rights

5.1 The User has the right at any time:

5.1.1 to request access to their data;

5.1.2 request the rectification, integration or deletion of personal data under the conditions provided by law;

5.1.3 request the restriction of the processing of personal data;

5.1.4 request the transfer of personal data.

5.2 In order to exercise your rights, you must send an e-mail to. info@pipraveski.ee a letter of request to that effect.

5.3 If the user is a member of the Pipraveski mailing list, he/she will be able to remove himself/herself from the mailing list and unsubscribe from further mailings via the link at the end of the letter.

5.4 To restrict the use of cookies, the user can make the appropriate choices in their browser settings.

5.5 If the User believes that his/her rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, he/she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.

6. Cookies

6.1 The Pipraveski website uses cookies in order to ensure a better user experience and more effective marketing and to collect usage statistics.

8.2 This means that the use of the Content in any form (including in part) is only permitted with the permission of Pipraveski OÜ.
