Pipraveski OÜ hereby presents the terms and conditions of sale, which we kindly ask you to read before making a purchase. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of sale and agree to abide by them. Webshop Pipraveski.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is owned by OÜ Pipraveski, with the registration code. 16745908 (hereinafter referred to as Pipraveski), Liivalaia 43, 10145, Tallinn.

1. Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
1.1 The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
1.2 The prices of the products sold on the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge.
1.3 The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method.
1.4 The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
1.5 Information about the Goods is provided in the Online Shop directly next to the Goods.

2. Making an order
2.1 In order to place an order, you must add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart.
2.2 In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method.
2.3 The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.
2.4 If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the Buyer shall be notified thereof as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery of the goods) shall be refunded without delay, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

3. Delivery
3.1 Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia.
3.2 The shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
3.3 Consignments will normally arrive at the destination specified by the Buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

3.4 In exceptional cases, the Online Shop has the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days.

4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
4.3 In order to return the goods, you must send a cancellation notice to the following e-mail address. epood@pipraveski.ee at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
4.4 In the cancellation statement, the consumer must indicate the bank account number and the name of the account holder to which the money to be returned should be transferred.

4.5 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.
4.6 If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
4.7 The Buyer must return the Goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the Goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. The consumer may return the goods to Pipraveski's shop or by post to the address: OÜ Pipraveski, Liiavalaia 43, 10145 Tallinn.
4.8 Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, return to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the agreement or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
4.9 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).
4.10 In the event that the delivery costs are refundable in accordance with clause 4.9, but the order is only partially defective or incorrect, the Online Shop will refund the delivery costs in proportion to the number of products ordered.
4.11 If the Buyer has chosen the cheapest of the standard goods offered by the Online Shop
a delivery method other than the usual delivery method, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
4.12 The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price due to a mistake.

5. Right to lodge a complaint

5.1 If the Goods are covered by a sales guarantee or the right to lodge a claim within the meaning of the law, the Online Shop undertakes to comply with the conditions of the guarantee and the right to lodge a claim and to repair, replace or take back the defective Goods under the prescribed conditions.
5.2 Irrespective of the existence of a guarantee, the Consumer has the right to submit a claim to the Online Shop due to the non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract within two years from the receipt of the goods. If the goods have been sold to the consumer, in the case of a defect in the goods that appears within the first six months, it is assumed that it was present at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract and the nature of the defect must be determined by the Online Shop. 5.3 In the event of a defect in the goods, the consumer must inform the Webshop within two months of the defect by submitting a complaint by sending an e-mail to the following address. epood@pipraveski.ee or by calling +3726450020
5.4 The online shop is not liable for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods due to the actions or omissions of the consumer (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or in the case of normal wear and tear caused by the normal use of the goods.

5.5 If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods.

5.6 If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees related to the sales contract.

5.7 The online shop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

6. Direct marketing and processing of personal data
6.1 The online shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail, address, bank details) only to process the order and to send the goods to the buyer.
6.2 The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
6.3 The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
6.4 The Buyer may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

7. Obligations of the Contracting Authority
7.1 When placing an order, the Customer is obliged to provide the information necessary for the execution of the order: name and surname, exact address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city/town/or village/county), contact telephone number and e-mail address.
7.2 In case of a difference between the ordering party and the recipient of the product, the ordering party must also provide the information specified in clause 6.1. for the recipient.
7.3 If the information provided by the customer is incorrect and/or incomplete and does not comply with the provisions of clause 6.1, Pipraveski does not guarantee that the product order will be properly fulfilled. Pipraveski will, if possible, contact the ordering party in order to clarify the incorrect or incomplete data.
7.4 By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that it agrees to the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

8. Pipraveski rights
8.1 The online shop has the right to amend these general terms and conditions of ordering without prior notice by publishing the new terms and conditions in force in the online environment.
8.2 The online shop has the right to change the price list of the e-shop at any time without prior notice by publishing the new price list in the online environment.
8.3 Pipraveski has the right to refuse to accept an order or to cancel an order, but not only in the case of a price list that is incorrectly stated.
8.4 In the event that the Customer fails to comply with the obligations imposed on it by these General Terms and Conditions of Order, Pipraveski does not guarantee the entry into force of the order and/or the correct delivery of the product.
8.5 In the event that the customer fails to fulfil the payment obligation correctly, Pipraveski has the right to publish the customer's details in the register of payment defaults.

9. Obligations of the pipe mill
9.1 Pipraveski undertakes to deliver the correct and complete product(s) to the Customer.
9.2 Pipraveski undertakes to receive and document all complaints from the customer.
9.3 Pipraveski undertakes to resolve the customer's complaint within 15 days if the reasons for the complaint are beyond the customer's control. In the event that the cause of the complaint is attributable to the customer, the customer shall immediately remedy the complaint.
9.4 The Pipeshop undertakes to replace defective copies of the Products. Pipraveski shall only be liable for manufacturing defects and other defects which were present at the time of delivery of the product to the customer.

10. Dispute settlement
10.1 If the Buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to the following address. epood@pipraveski.ee or call +3726450020
10.2 If the Buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board at Rahukohtu 2, Tallinn 10130 or at the following web address. www.komisjon.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is responsible for resolving disputes arising from a contract between a consumer and a trader which the parties have failed to settle by agreement. The examination of the complaint by the Commission is free of charge for the parties.
10.3 The Buyer may refer to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
