Steaming is one of the healthier methods of cooking, which retains a higher nutritional value than frying, boiling, grilling or similar.

Suitable for steaming fish, meat, vegetables, frozen food, rice, etc.

Usage:
Rinse the steamer with water the first time it is used.
The boiling water under the steamer may at first turn light brown due to the natural bamboo, but this has no effect on the food.
Place the steamer in a pot, where the water level should be below the bottom of the bamboo steamer (can also be placed on top of the pot).
For better holding of the steamer, you can place a layer of china leaves or baking paper between the steamer and the food as a ‘protective layer’.
Clean the steamer with water after each use.
When not in use, keep the steamer as dry as possible.
