Hmeli-suneli is a mixture of several dried herbs.
Hmel sunel is traditionally used in Georgian cuisine, e.g. in stewed lamb, as well as in sauces, where both spicy and sour-sweet flavours are present.
Hmeli-suneli is well suited for seasoning meat and chicken dishes, kharsho, goulash, etc.
Ingredients: coriander, saffron, hazelnuts, garlic, pepper, salt.
