P.A.N. Maize flour (coarse) is extracted from very strong and hard maize kernels. Coarsely ground maize flour is often referred to as kukuruz and is light yellow in colour. Since corn flour does not contain any sticky protein, it is ideal for use in bread dough, pancake dough and as a main ingredient in Indian flatbreads (e.g. naan bread).

Ingredients: pre-cooked white corn flour. May contain soya. Harina PAN is used to make the corn flour dough known as “masa de arepa”, used in Venezuelan and Colombian dishes such as arepas, hallacas or bollos. Suitable for gluten and nut-free diets.
