Description

Cayenne pepper - a spicy red pepper that adds a hot flavour to food (same level of sharpness as Tabasco pepper). Cayenne is more than 10 times stronger than jalapeno but cannot be compared to Habanero.
Uses: seafood, egg dishes, cheese dishes, curries, sauces, dipping sauces, fried and grilled meats, chicken, potato and rice dishes.

Cayenne pepper is rich in vitamin C, which helps to strengthen the immune system and lower the risk of inflammation.
Cayenne contains B vitamins, which are essential for the body's energy production, and aid in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
