A stronger and fresher flavour than herbs that have been dried normally. The process of freeze-drying better preserves the positive characteristics of the plant.
Freeze-dried herbs can be added dry to dishes.
Do not add during heating!
For best results, moisten the herbs with water before adding them to food.

4g of product is equivalent to 80g of fresh basil.
50g of product is equivalent to 1kg of fresh basil.

Uses: fresh vegetables, vegetable soups, one-pot meals, salads, sauces, yoghurt, pasta sauces, pizza, roast goose, cutlets, veal, casseroles.
