Edora's Spaghetti Seasoning is particularly suitable for Italian pasta sauces (especially tomato and bolognese sauces), as well as lasagne, cannelloni and Italian casseroles.
Ingredients: spices (tomato, onion, paprika, oregano, basil, parsley, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic, allspice, parsnip, coriander, mushrooms, gelatin tea), rock salt. May contain traces of celery and mustard.
Recipe for Bolognese sauce for 500g spaghetti:
Composition: 2 tbsp oil, 4 onions, 500 g minced meat, 3 tbsp tomato puree, 2 tbsp flour, 400 ml beef broth, 4 tbsp spaghetti herb mix.
In a saucepan, gently fry the finely chopped onion with the bay leaf. Add the meat and fry over high heat. Stir in the tomato puree and sprinkle with flour. Pour over the hot stock, add the spaghetti seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, dark and airtight place.
