A terrine spice blend for flavouring hot wine or juice.
Ingredients: cardamom, cloves, spice, ginger root, cinnamon, star anise.
Preparation: 40g of the mixture is suitable for approximately 1,4 l wine/juice.
You can add fresh orange, tangerine, or pomerant peel to taste, let stand in a warm place for at least 1 hour and you are ready to enjoy.
