Deliciously soft and warmly tempting, Gulab Jamuns give you a heavenly, mouth-watering experience.



Ingredients: Refined NIS flour, skimmed milk powder, hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm olein oil, sesame oil), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate and citric acid), butylated hydroxyanisole (preservative). 

May contain allergens: oats, almonds, pistachios, Indian nuts, walnuts and mustard.

How to make: mix 1/4 cup of water with one cup of gulab yam mixture. Let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil your hands and form the mixture into balls. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown. Transfer the finished balls to kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Soak the balls in sugar syrup for 20 minutes. ( To make the sugar syrup, take equal amounts of sugar and water and boil the mixture for 5 minutes ).
