The Trinidad Scorpion Red Butch T is reminiscent of an extremely spicy habanero and is clearly recognisable by the needle at the end of the chilli. In addition to its extreme spiciness, it has an aromatic fruity, lemony aroma that goes well with fish dishes, white meats and also spicy desserts.

Ingredients: Trinidad Scorpion Butch T chillies, dried whole.

Usage: Soak the dried chillies in hot water for 10 minutes, then you can cut them into small pieces or puree and add to your dish. You can also add them directly to any recipe with a cooking time of 10 minutes. at least 10 minutes.
