Description

Use: remove the salmon from the bones, sprinkle with salt, sugar and Graved Salmon seasoning, let stand.

Ingredients: coriander, pepper, liquorice root, juniper berries, SINEEDS, cloves, spice, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, spices and herbs.

Consumption standard: 50g of spice mix per 1kg of fish.
